Most students are great and are fun to teach

I've worked at many schools. Hands down, this has the worst management and most toxic environment of any school I've ever been associated. You are constantly monitored by the paranoid administration, who make decisions on a whim. Turnover is horrible, with many staff members being fired each week. You always worry you'll be next. If the administration likes you, you are highly favored and praised. But those people are few and far between. Expect to be extremely micromanaged and have every email read/conversation monitored. Not a safe work environment. I know many who completely left education after leaving CGA. Oh and you have to wear an ugly blue shirt every day.
