* Worse than a lala company when it comes to office politics. * Certain BU’s and founder office people spend most of the time gossiping, booking cabins, and doing politics instead of work. * People who work silently are targeted while buttering culture is rewarded. * Many times these groups wait for the CTO to go for lunch and then sit behind management doing buttering and backbiting. * There is husband-wife favoritism in the same team where the husband protects the wife’s job through connections and buttering with BU and founder office members. * Same people protect each other’s jobs while hardworking employees are put under pressure. * APP family drama between a few people affects the entire environment. * Employees who do not participate in politics or buttering become soft targets. * I was suddenly put on PIP and asked to leave without anyone from upper management even trying to understand what happened or having a proper conversation. * Many old employees do little work, come to office, eat, gossip, target serious workers with PIP, and go home. That has become the routine.
