Pros

Opportunity to learn how not to structure management and processes.

Cons

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. This company is a masterclass in 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐮𝐧 a workplace. There is no work-life balance only work, stress and slow mental destruction. Survival here depends entirely on ego management. If you flatter certain people, you’ll be “appreciated.” If you’re competent and have self-respect, you’ll be targeted, isolated, and pushed until you quit. Professionalism? Nonexistent. Ethics? A complete joke. The environment is so toxic that even making friends is treated like a problem. They don’t want employees they want silent robots glued to screens, no opinions, no voice, no life. Just come in, stare at the screen, and leave drained. Leadership is chaotic and insecure. Decisions are driven by ego, control issues, and imaginary authority rather than logic or experience. Credit stealing is normal. Unnecessary pressure is constant. Humiliation is casually used as a management tool. There are a few people at the top who control everything, take credit for others’ work, and create fear instead of leadership. Those who know, know. Most positive reviews online are misleading or written by freshers before reality hits them. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭: 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞. One of the most pathetic, unethical and soul-sucking workplaces I’ve ever seen.
