      Pros

      I pick up contracts for them on a casual basis when I'm available. Competitive day rate to others in the province, mandatory 3 hrs OT If woken up after hours, and full day rate if more than 3 hrs worked that day. They don't nickle and dime you like many and the consultants treat us very well.

      Cons

      Occasionally the pay is late, sometimes very late. It's not the immediate supervisor, it's the band office. But the supervisor will fight for your pay.
