      Lots of flexibility. Decent people as far as staff.

      Cons

      Reviews and raises are rare. The work is emotionally and professionally unfulfilling. Staffing reduction makes getting the work done difficult. Very weak benefits. No retirment benefits.

      Great work/life balance. Small firm & family type feel amongst departments. Open door management that cares about their employees, team oriented and busy atmosphere so you’re never bored

      Cons

      Busy atmosphere & multitasking isn’t manageable or obtainable for everyone!
