Upper management and executives lacks focus and has lost sight of the core values of the company. Additionally, it is apparent that the executives only cares about how they can line their own pockets and boost themselves rather than setting their employees up for success. Most conversations with executives often have rude and demanding tones and speak poorly to their employees. HR is useless and turns a blind eye to executives behaviors even when reported. Executives with stubborn know-it-all mentality are bringing down whole departments because they refuse to collaborate with those with subject matter expertise in certain business functions.
