Pros
Very relaxed work environment where leadership trusts their employees to get their work done with minimal oversight. Monthly 1:1 meetings with supervisor to check in on workload and bring up any concerns. Work life balance is clearly a priority here!
Cons
Due to funding issues, raises have not been issued in a while. But there’s not much for leadership to do about that being in a large university with a strict budget.
