Pros

Ninguna. Home office, entre comillas.

Cons

Pros

I work for the Satellite office in Orlando, Florida and I am beyond glad I took the chance and interviewed for Meneses Law. I am an administrative assistant and work with a small but empowered team - I love it. Meneses Law is a SERIOUS firm dedicated to IMPACT and RESULTS. If you are searching for a job that fulfills you with a purpose and financially, this is the a great start. The culture at Meneses law is FAMILIAL - everyone is sweet and connects with their jobs and responsibilities on a personal level and it tells. The training at Meneses is EXTENSIVE and GREAT. You start off with a university style video/classroom training and spend two weeks with various trainers learning your job responsibilities fully and how all the offices work together. Everyone is on the same page and makes sure you are learning and retaining the training information. This is a LAW FIRM - so naturally I knew there would be a sense of seriousness, confidentiality and Ethics involved with my job and it's responsibilities. If you take the job seriously and understand that you are working with a purpose - to serve the hispanic community, you will understand the Meneses way of work perfectly. Every morning starts with a meeting to ensure we are all aligned and have a POSITIVE mindset for the day. That is not propaganda - that is necessary. It is empowering to hear everyones mission and connect with a singular goal for the day - to not compete, to dominate.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons so far - You experience what you put into the job and I have put in seriousness and effectiveness - that is all that is needed.

Pros

You will learn enough to make it sound good on your resume for your next opportunity.

Cons

My experience at this company was extremely challenging due to a consistently unstable and high-stress work environment. Employee turnover was very high, with many employees being terminated without clear communication or explanation, which created ongoing anxiety across teams. This was not limited to one department; it appeared to be a company-wide issue. Promises regarding benefits, including a 401(k), were communicated for an extended period (years according to other reviews) but were never implemented during my time there. Employees felt discouraged from asking questions, raising concerns, or providing feedback, and doing so often resulted in negative consequences. The culture strongly emphasized “overachievement,” but this often translated into excessive workloads without appropriate compensation, recognition, or support. Advancement and raises were inconsistent, and in some cases increased responsibilities resulted in longer hours without meaningful improvement in overall compensation. Management frequently took credit for team contributions, specifically marketing concerning the director, and there was little psychological safety for employees to express ideas, concerns, or individuality. The environment discouraged collaboration and trust, and many employees felt fearful of speaking openly due to the risk of sudden termination. Cameras and microphones are monitored excessively for this. While I gained some professional experience during my time here, I would not recommend this company to someone seeking stability, transparency, or a supportive work culture. This may be a short-term option for those needing experience, but it was not a healthy or sustainable environment in the long term.
