      Pros

      I spent a lot of time improving my compositing skills and the company recognized it with a raise. It’s nice to know that if you take the initiative to learn, the management will reward you for it.

      Cons

      The hardest part is definitely when i get stuck on an edit and cannot just turn around and ask someone nearby.

      advids is a place which helps u to explore ur hidden talents, great culture, good people. I loved working here and if I got a chance i would love to be a part of the family again
