Disappointing hiring process with fairness concerns - Project Coordinator Newcomer Women's Services Employee Review

My experience with Newcomer Women Services was disappointing and frustrating. Despite having relevant experience in community outreach and supporting newcomers, I felt that my application was not fairly considered. The hiring process did not feel transparent, and it was unclear how decisions were made. From what I observed, there appeared to be inconsistencies in how candidates were evaluated, which made the process feel discouraging. Additionally, I have concerns about workplace culture based on interactions I witnessed and feedback I received, which suggested challenges around professionalism and team dynamics. Overall, I did not feel that merit, experience, and qualifications were the primary factors in hiring decisions. None that I can confidently highlight based on my experience.
