Pros
The company culture is great. Obviously it depends on your team, too, but in general it is very collaborative and people are very interested in getting a solution rather than a personal gain of any sort. Those are the positive effects of a company focused on long-term success due to the ownership structure, and the bonus system being bogus (yep, that can have positive effects).
Cons
With the many different jobs at the company, compensation is not good across the board. Especially for the MVG and the people working for the Callcenter it is rather low. Additionally, some small benefits would help to keep the spirit up - cutting the Mitarbeiterfest might save some costs, but those little events are great for team bonding. Also, there is some fighting going on on the C-level and below.
