The owners and management are very toxic. They create a very toxic environment and instead of correcting and training, they simply either lay you off or create a scenario where they can blame you. They are slippery and 100% discriminatory! When Trump took office, and DEI was repealed at the federal level, there was a meeting, and the entire staff outside could hear them cheer that DEI was "over." Additionally, it was heard that the owner and upper management were calling married same-sex staff as "perverts" and "needing to go" (and, eventually, all non-hetero married staff were let go! ---- RUN!
