      Trabajar en Sabre fue una experiencia enriquecedora, aprendí mucho, hubo oportunidades de ascenso y mejoras salariales. Buen balance entre vida y trabajo. Buen trato.

      Últimamente debido a varios factores globales y algunas malas decisiones hubo mucha inestabilidad laboral y despidos. Se trabaja con algunos frameworks y protocolos propietarios que derivan en mucho código legacy y poca innovación.

      Pros

      It's a small company so you get to know the owner. The owner is personable and he really cares about his employees. Your salary is based on the contract he wins for your services and he really works hard at getting the most he can for you a the same time as winning the contract. Good benefits especially for a small business (vacation, paid holidays, 401K, health insurance).

      Cons

      Job is dependent on the company winning a contract and I find that stressful. Sometime in the future the contract for my job may go to a different company and I really just want to work for this company because I like it so much.
