If you step up in company and get to to be management get ready for - being micromanaged - barely any trainings or communication regarding new products - Being judged just by numbers on pc - Company is really disorganised - they don't give payrise yearly to store managers like other companies, you can wait years for payrise which in the end is laughable, so many times assistant managers get more then you. - You dont get any benefits or bonuses being store manager - you dont get any admin time. They expect you to the same job like others plus yours while you running on shift like others so managers just working from home for free. - off day is not off day. They spamming whatsapp groupchats everyday, you get messages daily which as a manager you can not miss and you need to be there for other of you management too as they dont get any trainings to them about new systems, products etc and usually brushed them off by saying "go to your store manager"
