Toxic environment with bullying and unfair treatment - Deputy Front Office Manager Virgin Hotels Employee Review

The management, particularly the General Manager, appears to tolerate bullying behavior in the workplace. Employees are expected to agree with management at all times, and those who express different opinions or concerns are treated unfairly. Instead of encouraging open communication and professionalism, employees are made to feel intimidated and uncomfortable. I also feel that management creates unnecessary issues and false stories against employees in order to justify termination. This kind of environment is unhealthy, stressful, and damaging to staff morale.
