Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire career. The HR team is a complete joke unprofessional, biased, and utterly useless. They only protect their favorites while completely ignoring genuine concerns of others. Raising a complaint is pointless because HR IS the problem. Team Leaders have absolutely zero leadership qualities they are nothing but work-dumping machines who take full credit for your efforts while throwing all their responsibilities onto you. Management walks around with massive ego issues like they own the universe you cannot even make eye contact without being scolded, humiliated, or punished with an unbearable workload. The worst part? They shamelessly manipulate performance data to deny hardworking employees their well-deserved appraisals. There is no growth, no recognition, no respect just toxicity at every level. The entire culture is built on favoritism, fear, and manipulation. Save yourself the misery, stress, and wasted years this place will drain your energy, kill your confidence, and ruin your mental health. Do NOT join this company under any circumstances.
