This is literally the worst company I've ever worked for. Management is terrible, with expectation to work late hours and weekend "as business dictates it". If you want to plan anything personal for a month ahead forget it. Significant part of collegues will try to undermine your work from pure jelousy, and the best part management will keep their eyes closed, and favour these people even when escalated. Environment I worked with was extremely xenophobic, if you're not Spanish or Spanish speaker you're going to have a hard time. On top of it company lacks of clear direction causing a lot of turbulance how it operates.
