Pros

- Decent salary on paper - though this appears linked to high turnover rather than long‑term investment in staff. - Company events are offered, which some people may enjoy; however, the culture around these events can lead to outcomes that aren't professional.

Cons

- Leaderships conduct has a negative effect on the overall culture. - HR is a one‑two person band with limited capacity to support staff, resolve issues, or manage concerns. - No onboarding, no structured guidance, and no policy videos on bullying, harassment, fire safety, or basic workplace conduct. - NO safeguarding culture. - High turnover. - Probation terms require caution - read them carefully. - Emotional impact - the environment can be deeply damaging.

Pros

None. Theres some talented people but they're constantly let down by poor leadership.

Cons

An awful place to work. The culture is dominated by blame. The CEO creates a hostile environment where everyone walks on egg shells. senior staff seem reluctant to speak up or make decisions. Theres no direction, communication or rewards for hard work. You’ll only survive if youre a 'yes man'. Theres a reason so many of these reviews say “toxic”..... because it is!

Pros

- My colleagues were great and made coming into the office bearable.

Cons

- Ridiculously high staff turnover. I was at the company just over a year, and I was about the 6th longest serving member when I left. - Management expect you to pick up much more responsibility than your job involves and then refuses a pay rise. I'd heard the only way to get a pay rise was threaten to quit. - Everyone would tread on eggshells around the MD depending on what mood he would be in when he came in. Workplace was much lighter when he wasn't around. - The MD and Sales Director had an on again/off again relationship that created a lot of tension in the workplace. Everyone would know when they've had a falling out. - The MD would insist on following process but then never follow it himself. - Salary was shocking. - No HR department/person to voice concerns too. They had one for about 3 months until he quit/got sacked.
