It's clean, well lit and a new building so a good environment physically, support staff includes activity therapy/music therapy for daily groups, help keep a calm milieu, electronic charting is a plus, most staff care a lot and want to be there.

Under staffing, little to no ability to decline patients not suitable for the facility, accepts patients who need more medical care than is provided there. Often out of basic supplies or supplies are damaged especially wheelchairs.
