Pros

Leadership is positive and will listen to new ideas. Very progressive, bleeding-edge even. Toxic personalities don't last long here. Lots of great vibes, camaraderie, and great people. I can't think of one toxic person at Liviniti. Everyone I've met and worked with has been a joy, even on stressful days.

Cons

PE backed....take from that what you will. It seems like we have no long-term strategy or vision. Perhaps I'm not privy to the big picture, but it seems like we jump from project to project, reacting to stressors instead of marching to a transparent, department-wide goal.

Fully able to work from home

Cons

Never in my career have I been micromanaged like this before! They keep poking and prodding at every little thing. Work from home means nothing with no work life balance. Managers seem cultish and it’s a dead end job! Do not work at a call center if you value your mental health. They expect you to take abuse on a daily basis and still keep helping the customer.
