      Pros

      Administration is very supportive of teachers. Coworkers are awesome as well. Before and after school meetings are limited to once a week for 30 minutes. After 2 years you are eligible for matching funds in a 503(b) account -- they match up to 6% of your salary. Very clean working environment.
