Regular traditional office hours, hybrid ability

Cons

Misogynist run and operated. Someone’s job is threatened nearly every day for others to hear. No loyalty to any employee unless you are their family. Openly talked politics with the one person that doesn’t think like them and would say things like “well you’re the office liberal…”. Expects you to be licensed even if they tell you you don’t have to be. Openly talks about appearances of others in the office. Openly eye balls people for some reason? Will treat you like a star employee and fire you 3 days later. Expects you to have no work life balance because by their own choice, they don’t either. No overtime, no overtime pay if worked over time. No comp time.
