Cons
Epica is a very incestuous company that has absolutely NO money! You must know someone to work there but trust me, you don’t ever want to work there! The company and has failed to make payroll 3 times while I was there. Everyone knows this was to “cook the books” for the investors. The controller literally controls all the money and if you need parts for a downed clinic, you have to put them on your personal credit card and be reimbursed 2-3 months later. The location is in an old dingy, stinky 1957 plant full of asbestos. There are NO checks and balances and management thinks nothing about running up a $1000 bar tabs for 3-4 people. Thats rather rude when the company can’t even make payroll on time!
