      Pros

      Challenging, social and hard working. Not as high paying as some other oil & gas majors (still higher than the same work in other industries) but lots of opportunities to take on new work challenges and stretch yourself, particularly for youngsters. Warm / friendly feel

      Cons

      Constant restructures have made for stressful and even toxic conditions in some teams. Less focus on work life balance and development than previously.
