Pros
A great deal of exposure to different responsibilities, including the run-of-the-mill individual counselling, delivering classes related to mental health and otherwise, career exploration, organizing school-wide events, etc. Compensation-wise is also quite generous given their unfalteringly wealthy board of directors.
Cons
They have high expectations towards the image of any adults working in the school, whether it be staff or teacher. Understandably it act as a role model for students, but do not expect any compassion towards any "unbecoming" attitudes different from a traditional teacher. Plus, interdepartmental politics happen that can more often than not interrupt counselling treatment plans.
