Please be careful before joining this company. From my experience, there is no proper salary structure, no clear employee growth, and no job security. If they feel an employee is no longer needed for a project, they can terminate them within hours and treat them very badly during the process. This has been happening for years, and I honestly don’t think the management will change. Another serious issue is the final settlement and clearance process. Many employees do not receive proper settlement or clearance after leaving the company. Because of this, employees suffer a lot when trying to join another company. It affects career growth, creates unnecessary stress, and can spoil an employee’s professional life completely. I personally realized the reality within 2 months of joining. But moving immediately was difficult because most companies expect at least 1 year of experience. There were also untimely meetings and unprofessional communication from the CEO. After checking reviews on other platforms, I found many employees sharing the same experience. Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience for me.
