      Good benefits, plus you have the option of leaving your project if it’s not a good fit. If your project ends you’re not out of a job you can just go to another project. The company also has higher standards so you’ll gain more skills quickly.

      Cons

      Long hours, plus extra firm obligations make it hard to balance work and life. Unstable government contracts have caused several issues
