      1) INITIAL GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT 2) job security 3) Good for you, woman empowerment 4) some process, give good perks

      1) slow growth 2) growth becomes stagnant at times 3) if the process work is less, then management will make you work in other activities which can be not required

      Pros

      Training. Great Client. Will learn a lot. Pay is ok. Benefits ok. Tries to build culture and fun. Frequent temp check to see how you feel. Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Location is horrible. Phone in locker, purse in locker. No bags. No pens. No notes. 30 minute lunch. Hounding you to get out of wrap up time. Dense research for info. Certain help is no help on purpose. Holiday time off not aligned with client. You will have to come in even though client is closed.
