Pros
If I had to pick something, the benefits package was not completely terrible.
Cons
- The favoritism was disgustingly obvious certain people got easier assignments, lighter workloads, and real feedback while the rest of us were abandoned to struggle alone. - It becomes infuriating once you realize metrics mean absolutely nothing and everything depends on who is connected to the right people. - I watched someone with half the experience get promoted for nothing except personal connections. - The entire environment was poisoned from meeting participation to whose voice actually mattered in a room all controlled by some invisible ranking system that had nothing to do with skill or competence. - You could be doing outstanding work and none of it mattered if you were not part of the inner circle. - Eventually the constant favoritism destroys your motivation fast and makes all effort feel completely worthless.
