Pros

- Located in the shopping center with strategic location. A perfect place to spend your money after the payday. - Suitable for fresh graduates who are building their professional career experience.

Cons

- After highly-paid office renovation, the previous good culture suddenly disappears. The office politics becomes stronger. - The annual bonuses become lower without transparent information & the salary increase is super low. - They have limited seats, desks, food utensils, and drinking water. Employees need to compete in getting the desks, especially when they have internal events where employees are required to attend & come to the office. Even some employees are forced to work in the other room or move to the cafe near the office. - Management team said there was a sales drop in the recent years but they keep doing internal 'happy' events that obviously waste the corporate expenses. These are only done for social media content only. - Some people are promoted without proper salary increase but major workload & unrealistic target. - Career growth opportunities are mostly limited, with some people remaining in the same role for long periods with no progression except receiving salary. - Very bad internet connections. In some occasions employees are forced to use their own internet tethering. The selected internet provider was bad then IT team become the 'victims' of other people's blame. - Some resigned employees find it difficult to receive their clearance letter issuance to disburse their post-employment benefits due to the long procrastination of letter of employment. - Unlike the past 2 years, the company now applies penalty for resigning before the contract ends. The regulations become more biased. - Management team only believe in team leader's statement without investigating further to the staff level. If dispute happens, they will immediately label the staff as 'disobedient' while the problematic individual is actually the team leader himself. - Based on these testimonials, some employees feel that certain management practices may indirectly push people to resign rather than support long-term retention.
