      Diversity LGBT friendly. Creative freedom Styling Clients & Watching employees grow! Open until 11am- 7pm daily - No late late or early mornings

      Pros

      Franchise owner's were easy to get along with and I felt that they really considered my suggestions whether or not if they worked out. Co-workers are were always fun to be around. Generally, it was a young and vibrant environment.

      Cons

      No benefits from being a small business, staff turnaround rate was high, needs to bump up security.
