Senior Managers can keep giving you work the whole day and in between if you find take 20 mins out for lunch, they have the authority to scold you in front of everyone while you are eating. Designer have to work as a telecaller + Designer + Project managers (as the operation team is the worst they just keep visiting the sites and do nothing still there are some capable project managers but you have to be very lucky so that they get assigned over the projects) No HR on the floor - HR feels like a 3rd party of Squareyards.
