      Pros

      The work culture is good, and the work-life balance is much better. The leave policy is also quite flexible and employee-friendly.

      Cons

      Salary increment is very less in my company, and there’s not much celebration or employee engagement during occasions either. It sometimes feels like growth and appreciation are missing.

      Wlb is good. Team members are cooperative. FLMs are also very supportive.

      Cons

      Very slow growth. Tech stack changes as per the project requirements.
