-Unique product which attempts to find a solution to the plastic waste problem -If successful there is a large market to grow into -Attempts made to create a good working culture

Lack of relevant knowledge and diligence at the leadership level which resulted in: -safety risks (electrical, mechanical, etc.) -significant product failure modes not recognized -high turnover -loss of employee and customer confidence Small company size means you are expected to wear many hats and often do jobs you are not qualified for, minimal opportunity for career growth.
