Pros

My colleagues were great, but everything else about this company was a nightmare. I honestly believed working here would help me grow professionally and give me meaningful experience, but it did the exact opposite. Don't make the same disastrous mistake I made and stay far away from Wilkins Media.

Cons

- Crushing pressure became impossible to survive - Employees expected to hit absurd targets nonstop with no real support - Every mistake picked apart and magnified - Accomplishments dismissed and completely unappreciated - Management showed no concern for struggling employees - Employee well being means nothing here - Company only values profit above everything else - Employees pushed to exhaustion and constantly drained

Pros

I'm impressed wth how organized this remote environment is. The leadership is supportive, and I have a healthy work-life balance. Managers are very serious about accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. I’ve developed my problem-solving skills instead of just doing repetitive data entry. I love the level of collaboration and teamwork here.

Cons

Some degree of pressure is natural in this job.

Pros

I cannot think of anything positive.

Cons

• Without question, the most unprofessional place I have ever been unfortunate enough to work for. • People constantly leave, and new hires rarely stay for long. • Employee support should be a basic priority, yet it is virtually nonexistent. • Most of the time, you are thrown into work within days with no real preparation. • Hiring people only to have them struggle from the start makes no sense. • Team culture has deteriorated over time and is dominated by negativity. • Team members freely pick and choose who they collaborate with, creating constant division. • Management is selfish, ineffective, and shows no concern for your situation. • The pressure builds rapidly, and the impact on my mental well being was one of the main reasons I left.
