A genuinely friendly and welcoming environment to work in. There’s a strong culture of support, both professionally and personally, which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable. Colleagues and management are approachable, helpful, and willing to offer guidance whenever needed. It’s a workplace where you feel valued, supported in your role, and encouraged to grow.

The main thing that frustrates me is the inconsistency at times — it can sometimes feel like different rules apply to different people. A more consistent and fair approach across the board would help create a stronger sense of transparency and equality within the workplace.

I work within a small team where everyone works with eachother well in a supportive environment. The Team Leader is always approachable and provides help and assistance where required. The multiple office locations provides flexibility for me to work in London or from Sevenoaks depending on where my sites are based each day or who in the team I need to meet with.

Sevenoaks office is quieter, But some people may find this helpful when additional focus is needed.
