Pros
Everyone goes through regrets and tough phases in life, right? Moments where we feel like we've done wrong or think we're terrible people. But after working here, you'll actually start feeling disappointed in the company—because just look at the way things are being managed!
Cons
There are multiple concerns:
There are no proper breaks during work hours.
You can't leave the office during work hours to get some fresh air. The office, or as I like to call it, a compact "workspace," was last properly cleaned during the COVID-19 lockdown, and there’s minimal ventilation inside.
During work hours, you’ll suddenly hear loud noises without any clear reason.
And there’s also noticeable office politics.
As you may notice, few people tend to stay in the office for more than 2-3 months, except for some. This appears to be due to internal challenges and unclear policies. Plus, some employees face issues with salary delays or no salary at all. They require employees for multiple roles but may not always have sufficient resources to manage them effectively. The offer letter contains multiple conditions that can impact your final salary. I’ve worked at three companies, and no one else gave me a three-page offer letter with such detailed clauses.
My advice is to carefully consider before joining, especially if the same policies continue. Everyone deserves a workplace with basic necessities like a clean environment, access to fresh air, regular breaks, and a positive work culture. Don't compromise your physical or mental health. In your late 30s, when you have a family, you'll need to be healthy. This company currently doesn’t provide insurance for full-time employees.
However, if you do find yourself joining here due to unavoidable circumstances, I’d say: Work here, learn, and gain experience from the interesting projects. However, continue applying for better opportunities alongside. Aim to send out at least 10 applications per day – that’s 300 applications a month. Eventually, you’ll find a better place.
Good luck!
