Cons
I unfortunately had the displeasure of working at Knack Global, and I have to say it was one of the worst professional experiences I've had. The company's management style is outdated, disorganized, and incredibly ineffective. There seems to be a lack of direction from leadership, and communication is often unclear or non-existent. It feels like decisions are made on a whim, and there’s no real consistency or long-term vision to guide the team.
One of the most frustrating aspects of working here was the high turnover rate. It's clear that Knack Global struggles to retain its employees. I witnessed several colleagues leave within months of joining, and the turnover only seems to get worse as time goes on. It’s no surprise—management does little to foster employee engagement, career growth, or a positive work environment. Instead, they expect employees to perform under high pressure without providing adequate support or recognition.
There’s also a culture of micromanagement, where managers hover over every little detail, making employees feel undervalued and distrusted. It stifles creativity and initiative, and it only adds to the stress of the job. Feedback, when provided, is often vague or overly critical rather than constructive.
In terms of employee development, the company doesn’t offer any meaningful growth opportunities. There’s no clear path for advancement, and any promises of career progression are rarely fulfilled. The overall morale is low, and it’s evident that many employees are simply there for the paycheck rather than any real passion for the work.
If you're looking for a place where you can build a long-term career, Knack Global is definitely not it. The poor management, lack of support, and constant turnover make it a toxic environment that’s not conducive to professional growth or job satisfaction. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more stable and respectful workplace.
