This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is almost no guidance or support for junior staff. The management team struggles to make clear decisions, and the overall organization is chaotic and disorganized. This is especially true for the team that works closely with startups, where management is a complete mess.
If you are someone looking to grow your career, this place is not suitable for you. However, if you just want to get your job done with minimal thinking and effort, it might fit.
Additionally, the company discourages employees from sharing their opinions or ideas to improve projects. Instead, they expect you to be completely robotic — just follow orders without question.
There is virtually no real innovation in the company. They claim that STP is a place full of innovation, however, almost everything is done in a very traditional and outdated way. When you try to suggest improvements or provide more detailed input, your ideas are quickly rejected.
