no work life balance, expected to work like 24/7 then when there is problem suddenly all the fault is on you. everything is everyone else fault except for the boss fault. boss is manipulative and has no ethics like to do under table/ grey area things. like to stir the pot within his own employees and gaslight his own staff then wonder why everything in the company is falling apart. no self reflection and no self awareness at all, love to self victimise and self pity. main job everyday at work is to babysit a middle age man and feed his ego. you will get nothing out of working from here except for mental exhaustion and mental torture
