For teachers employed under a part-time CDI, working hours and corresponding compensation are based on the contractual percentage and the volume of lessons scheduled within that framework. Depending on individual availability, programme types, and seasonal demand, earnings can vary, and we recognize that this may not always match personal expectations or circumstances. We continuously work to offer clarity around schedules, workloads, and earning potential so that teachers have a transparent view of what a part-time role entails. We also offer optional professional development pathways that allow teachers to progress and increase their compensation as they take on additional responsibilities or specialisations.
