Pros
I was looking for a job for almost two years before finding Mondo Payments. The hiring process was done very professionally and the interview process was smooth. I never had any experience in sales, which I thought would be a big disadvantage for my initial role as a junior consultant. They reassured me that if I was willing to put in the work, keep my head down and push through for the first few months, then other doors and opportunities would open for me within the company. The job is a bit of a grind, as sales is, but there are clean bathroom facilities, free coffee/tea with access to a fridge and oven, and management that wants to see you succeed and will help you in any way to make sure you advance. Eventually, I was promoted and have not looked back. I learnt many new skills and have been surrounded by good colleagues. There is lots of support from management, and they have created an environment for coworkers to work with each other, instead of against each other. It's a great place to work and build your way up within the company. They pay is not very high, but after three months of probation you get access to health benefits and have opportunities to move up within the company. There is also a decent commission structure, which is very welcome.
Cons
Would have preferred a higher base salary.
