Well the cons in this company particularly have been seen as an intern the management and communication of each team in the term of tension sometime. As an intern my team, you will get a treat like you are a staff by a manager, having a lot of task for a intern, get an incentive as an intern but with task like a staff. That was good that the manager and team trust you but if you have a lot of task but the manager never been truly involving you in the discussion that related with your task. Sometime His burden you with some excuse to make you work overtime
