Pros
Giving one star is my good deed for the day, would give zero stars or less if I could
Cons
If you’re looking for stability, clear direction, or competent leadership, look elsewhere.
Diverseco suffers from deeply entrenched management issues that create a genuinely toxic work environment. Leadership is dominated by ego-driven, narcissistic individuals more concerned with protecting their own image than supporting their teams or making sound decisions. There’s a complete lack of accountability at the top, and it trickles down into every part of the business.
Strategy is practically nonexistent. Priorities shift constantly, often on a whim, with little to no communication or rationale. What’s considered “critical” one week is abandoned the next, leaving teams frustrated, disengaged, and set up to fail. There’s no consistency, no long term thinking… just reactive, disorganised decision making.
The culture reflects this chaos. Morale is low, trust in leadership is even lower, and collaboration is undermined by internal politics and poor communication. It’s an environment where good people burn out quickly or leave out of sheer frustration.
And they do leave - often. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which should be a red flag to anyone considering joining. Instead of addressing the root causes, leadership seems content to cycle through employees without ever fixing the underlying problems.
In short, this is a workplace defined by dysfunction, instability, and poor leadership. Enter at your own risk.
