There are barely any pros here. Hardly any benefits either. At least you had a job, that’s about it.

No matter how well you manage your job and the schedules, once management ignores every procedure, all your hard work becomes worthless! Then when schedules overlap, management refuses to take accountability and shamelessly throws you under the bus instead!
