Pros

As a speech-language pathologist with many years of clinical experience across a variety of settings, I can confidently say that this is the best home health company I have worked for. What sets this organization apart is its unparalleled support of field staff—something that is often promised in healthcare, but rarely delivered so consistently and meaningfully. There is a strong culture of professional respect among team members. Interdisciplinary communication is encouraged, and colleagues are always willing to share insights, problem-solve, and support one another to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Clinicians are allowed to be Clinicians!! Management and support staff are not only responsive, but truly proactive. They go out of their way to assist clinicians in the field, whether it’s navigating complex cases or ensuring we have the resources needed to provide high-quality care. This level of accessibility and commitment makes such a significant difference in day-to-day practice. The processes in place are streamlined, efficient! The company also demonstrates a clear investment in professional growth. Pinnacle’s incorporation of AI supported documentation technology has been an amazing and major strength in the support of field clinicians! Documentation systems are designed to support clinicians rather than burden them, allowing for more efficient workflows and ultimately enabling us to focus more time and energy on patient care. Instead of “evening couch documentation” that we are all too familiar with, Pinnacle has actually given precious personal time back to its clinicians!! Overall, this organization exemplifies what home health should be—clinician-centered, patient-focused, and committed to excellence. It has been, without question, the most positive and professionally rewarding home health experience of my career.

Cons

None come to mind! Thankfully!

Pros

Do not have to travel that far, you get the pleasure of charting through the night due to changing software with many bugs and different apps just for 1 visit and then again when it's returned for correction!!

Cons

Where should I start since new ownership!?! Have to work 12 day stretches when it is your working weekend, because they frown upon flex days. Currently transitioning software from an easy all in one app to having to use 4 different apps per visit and chart keeps getting sent back to you for correction because if lucky, they show you an hour long video and expect you to automatically know how they want it, so 45 minutes of charting turns to 1.5 hours of charting to an additional 30 minutes for correction, no help with this from office, because they are busy loading up your schedule (if full time) and when you let them know it's too many, they either ignore you or tell you there is no one else, ad if it's your problem. Then have the audacity to ask if you will see more!! They don't care if you are up half the night charting and totally stress out.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. We understand how important it is to feel supported, valued, and heard in the workplace—especially in a field as demanding and meaningful as healthcare. We take your comments seriously, particularly those regarding leadership, workload, and accountability. These are not the standards we strive for, and we are actively working to ensure that all team members feel respected and empowered in their roles. We recognize that recent changes, especially the new software transition, have been challenging for many team members. While these changes were made with long-term improvement in mind, we acknowledge that the rollout and support did not meet everyone’s needs. Increased documentation time, multiple platforms, and unclear expectations are valid concerns, and we understand how this can impact work-life balance. We are actively working to improve training, streamline documentation processes, and create better communication. Feedback like yours is critical in helping us identify where we need to do better. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
