      Good customer base, friendly floor staff

      Cons

      Management shakeups, poor communication from upper management, chronic understaffing and management shifting the blame for understaffing onto sales associates. Was an inclusive work environment under one manager but the culture completely shifted under the next, most lgbtq employees fired or left within a short time span.

      Pros

      People you meet make it more bearable. It pays the bills.

      Cons

      Management support was poor, communication was unclear, and expectations were often unrealistic. Hard work wasn’t recognised, and staff morale suffered as a result. Definitely not the positive or supportive workplace it presents itself as.
