Pros

- Good implementation team - Offices in a relatively central point of Athens

Cons

- Top and middle management do not function properly and do not protect people. - Project based company that promotes hard working without the additional benefits of the market - Definitely not human centric as they promote and advertise in all of the interviews - Very bad culture in top tier management

Pros

The only positive asset of this company is the lower-level staff. The employees support one another daily in an incredibly difficult and counterproductive environment.

Cons

Unstable Leadership: Upper management completely lacks the emotional maturity to run a business. Management is entirely unpredictable, and decisions change constantly based on leadership's personal moods, creating a chaotic environment where serious work is impossible. Complete Lack of Guidance: Employees are left entirely without direction, training, or clear expectations. Management fails to provide any professional guidance, choosing instead to manage through confusion and artificial crises. Toxic Communication Style: Daily interactions lack basic respect and professional boundaries. Management relies heavily on yelling and constant belittling, which creates a continuous state of stress and anxiety for the staff. High Employee Turnover: Because of this toxic and chaotic environment, the company is fundamentally unable to keep talent. People leave constantly, which is a major warning sign for any professional. Low Compensation: Base salaries are well below market standards and do not match the heavy workload required.
