AMAZING Company Culture. This feels like a home away from home. Ive made lifelong friendships and would go to bat for so many people I work with. The talent is incredible as well. I know a ton of people that work here could own and scale their own business. But we all choose BAD. The Client accounts are resume worthy. The Management is incredibly compassionate (Just an example is everyone rallied together to help a entry level employee pay for their moms funeral). MAIN sticking point is this place is like a vortex when you come in and 10X your personal value in 6 months to a year. Not exaggerating. Growth is HUGE here, on the business side and the personal side.

Not for the faint of heart. There are BIG players that entrust us with their acquisition strategy and its not just suggested to go above and beyond.. its required. Things move incredibly quickly and you have to show up as a high performer daily. With that, staying organized is also incredibly important otherwise its easy to get lost in the sauce.
