Pros

I sadly don't have any pros I can think of

Cons

I think I have PTSD from working here. The stress is unbearable. Most of the HOAs we manage did not hire us but instead we acquired them by buying out other management companies. These condo owners are very unhappy when the transition happens because they did not choose us and we do a worse job than the last company. When they get mad at us, we are encouraged by supervisors to ignore the complaints instead of dealing with them. Then the HOA board ends up voting to replace us with a new company when the contract expires. At that point, Westward leadership gets very angry that we lost the client, even though the supervisors told us to ignore the problem. There is one person, in particular, with a serious temper problem who everyone tiptoes around. He screamed at my friend and made her cry in a meeting, yelling about how they took a loan to acquire this community and now we lost it, how can she let that happen, everyone will lose their jobs and it will be her fault. He gets red in the face as he screams at her in this meeting. I decided at that point to leave. I've worked 6 places in my career and this is the worst bar none. They even tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement when I left because they knew what I saw was really bad. I refused. I have to be able to warn people so no one else goes through this. I'm literally shaking as I write this because it messed me up so much. I'm so glad I'm free now

Pros

I had a very positive experience throughout the hiring process. From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and clearly communicated. Anthony, Eric, and Carrie were outstanding—professional, responsive, and truly made the entire process feel seamless. What stood out even more was the management team. They are exceptional leaders who genuinely care about their employees and creating a strong team environment. It’s clear that the culture here is built on support, communication, and respect. Overall, a great experience and a company with leadership that truly stands out.

Cons

Honestly, the only “con” I can think of is for anyone who passes up the opportunity to build a career here—they’d be missing out. With strong leadership, a supportive team culture, and people who genuinely care about employee success, choosing not to be part of this company would truly be their loss.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. So glad you had a great experience throughout the process and felt supported along the way. That kind of feedback means a lot to the team. Also, love hearing that the culture and leadership stood out to you. We work hard to keep things collaborative, supportive, and people-first, so it’s awesome to know that came through! And your “con” gave us a good laugh 😄 Thanks again for taking the time to share this. We’re excited to have you here and grateful to have people like you on the team!

Pros

It was a job, other than that none

Cons

-Low pay, heavy and increasing workload -We are told to lie to owners and residents, disregard local laws, and are incentivized to bribe people to post positive reviews. The culture of unethical behavior did not sit right with me, which put me at a disadvantage compared to coworkers who were willing to go along -Extremely disorganized. Often documents, keys, etc. for buildings go missing. There's so much turnover, no one even knows issues a property experienced a year or two ago. -The HOA boards and rental tenants despise us. So much of the job is being yelled at, often for good reason, but not being able to do anything because of policies from management. I grew weary of defending the company -Company had been growing but that has started to reverse. We're getting fired by HOA boards a lot and having more trouble signing new clients. This has come with a couple rounds of layoffs. I suspect it will continue which is why I left.
